For those decisions and doubts you can't take anywhere else — a confidential thinking space for senior leaders.

Executive & Leadership Development Coach
Somewhere along the way, you parked a part of yourself.
It’s time to find it again, because your leadership depends on it.You’re a senior leader. The track record is real. The decisions keep coming. The performance doesn’t stop. But somewhere in the years of adapting — to the culture, the expectations, the role you were needed to play — something got parked. The instinct that used to make decisions feel clear. The judgement you trusted without second-guessing. The confidence you didn’t have to perform. My name is Lucia (Loo-chee-ah). I’m an Executive & Leadership Development Coach, and I work with senior leaders to recover exactly that — because the leaders who know themselves clearly make the best decisions in the room.
Who I work with
Successful in public. Uncertain in private.
You’re a Director, a General Manager, or someone who carries the weight of real decisions — regardless of what your business card says. You manage up and down with skill. You decide under pressure. You show up.But privately, something has shifted. You might be in the right place if:● You’re successful by every external measure — and something still feels off
● Decisions that used to feel clear now circle without resolution
● You’ve been on autopilot for longer than you’d like to admit
● You doubt yourself more than anyone around you knows — even though the results say you shouldn’t
● You’re at a crossroads — a transition, a decision, or a growing sense that the direction you’ve been heading is no longer right
● You’re carrying something you can’t show anyone at your levelAnd the hardest part: at your level, there is almost nobody you can be honest with. Your team needs you certain. Your peers are also competitors. Your family has heard it. So you carry it alone — and it quietly taxes the thing you’re paid for: your judgement.
That is exactly who I work with.
about me
I've been in those rooms.
I know what it costs to stay silent in them.
I spent over a decade inside complex, corporate organisations — most recently as a Senior HR Business Partner in the UK and across global regions, working closely with senior leaders through change, restructures, and the moments that don’t appear in any report.I watched capable, experienced people gradually lose sight of themselves. Not through failure — through adaptation. Through years of becoming what the environment required, until the gap between who they appeared to be and how they actually felt started costing them: slower decisions, hedged opinions, energy spent managing an image instead of leading.I also saw what changed when someone finally had space to think honestly. Without agenda. Without judgement. Without needing to perform. That’s why I became a coach. Not because I wanted to give advice — I’d been doing that for years. But because I wanted to work differently: less directive, more incisive, and still ruthlessly pragmatic. I understand the world these leaders operate in, and I have no interest in work that doesn’t translate into something real on the job.I’m Italian by origin, shaped by living and working across Italy, Poland, and the UK. A career in international environments — and a life genuinely lived across cultures — taught me to see the same situation through several lenses at once. It’s why I don’t assume, and I don’t impose. Curious, fair, and human-centred. Direct when it’s needed. Caring always.I founded Your Thinking Partner because I believed there was a space worth creating: somewhere senior leaders could finally think clearly about what’s actually going on — and lead from it.If you’re curious whether that space might be useful to you, I’d love to have a conversation.

the outcome after working together
You lead differently. Because you finally know yourself clearly again.
The change isn’t cosmetic. It shows up in how you work, how you decide, and how you carry yourself. You pause before you react — and the quality of your decisions improves. You stop carrying the weight of self-doubt into every room. The confidence becomes real, not performed — and people respond to the difference. You make decisions from a grounded place, without the circling, the second-guessing, the need to appear certain when you aren’t.You show up more relaxed. Your team notices — without being told why. The results follow. You can see yourself clearly — the strengths, the gaps, the capable and the human — without it destabilising you.You trust yourself again. In your leadership. In your choices. In your life beyond the role. And underneath all of it — you reconnect with the part of yourself you parked somewhere along the way.
That’s the return this work makes possible.
What I believe
Three things I know to be true about senior leaders and the work we do together.
01. Vulnerable is not weak.
In senior leaders, it is almost always the doorway to better leadership. The doubt you’ve been managing quietly. The uncertainty you haven’t shown anyone. The confidence you’ve been performing rather than feeling. These are not signs that something is wrong with you — they are signs you’ve been carrying more than anyone should carry alone. The leaders willing to look at that — carefully, safely, with the right person — come out the other side clearer, faster in their decisions, and more themselves than they’ve been in years.
02. You haven’t lost yourself. you adapted.
There’s a difference — and it matters.Adaptation is part of what made you effective. But over years it accumulates: the instincts get quieter, the sense of what you actually want becomes harder to locate, and an asset slowly turns into a cost — paid in decision quality, in conviction, in presence. This is not a failure of character. It is a very human response to years of high-stakes performance. The work we do is not reinvention. It is reconnection — to the judgement and clarity that were always there.
03. The answers are already inside you.
My job is to create the conditions in which you can finally hear them. Most of my clients come in expecting advice. They leave surprised by how much of the session was them thinking their way through. I ask questions. I reflect back. I use metaphor to soften the edges of things that are hard to approach directly — within a space that is structured, non-judgemental, and completely confidential. The realisations that emerge are always their own. That’s what makes them last — and what makes them hold up under pressure, back in the real environment.
The process
A space unlike any other you’ve had in your professional life.
Most of my clients arrive slightly sceptical. They’re used to being the one with the answers. They expect advice. What they find instead is a space where they are finally allowed to think freely — without judgement, without agenda, without anyone needing something from them. They leave energised. By their own realisations. Their own words. Their own clarity. And they take it straight back into how they lead. Here is how it begins.
01 | We talk
You tell me what’s happening. I listen — fully, without interruption, without filling the silence too quickly. I ask the question underneath the question. We find the real thing, which is almost always different from the one you came in with.
02 | We agree the right engagement
Either a single Executive Clarity Session — 90 minutes to surface what’s actually happening and find a direction. Or the six-session Executive Engagement — three months, for the senior leader ready to do the deeper work.
03 | we go to work
Every session is structured but human. I work with your thinking and your instincts — because the best decisions come from both. Between sessions, you reflect, integrate, and test it where it counts: in the role. The work builds.
