I’ve spent my career inside organisations. Now working alongside them.

I have spent 10+ years working inside fast-moving, complex organisations — across HR strategy, leadership development, organisational design, and change management. I have operated at senior level, worked alongside executive teams, and led programmes that touched culture, structure, and capability simultaneously.In 2021 I trained as a coach to deepen the quality of the 1:1 work I was already doing with leaders. Three professional principles that shape my work

Clarity is not a luxury. It is what makes organisations and individuals function.
When strategic clarity is lacking, organisations reproduce the same problems — in different forms, across different cycles. Decision-making slows. Teams misalign. Leaders operate on assumptions they've never tested. The work of building clarity is not a soft intervention. It is the foundation that makes everything else possible.

Capability already exists in most organisations. The gap is almost always in how it's recognised, deployed, and developed.
Most organisations have more capability than they realise. The problem is not talent — it is the systems and structures around the talent: unclear roles, misaligned incentives, and leadership that hasn't been given the space to operate at its best. My job is to find what's actually there and help organisations and individuals build on it.

The human and the systemic cannot be separated. Most consultants work on one. I work on both.
Organisational problems are never purely structural, and they are never purely human. They are both — and addressing one without the other produces change that doesn't last. I work at both levels simultaneously: with the leader as an individual and with the organisation as a system. This is what makes the work stick.

Not a sales conversation — a working conversation. I want to understand what you're dealing with before we discuss whether and how I can help.If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you. If it is, we'll agree an engagement scoped to your specific situation.

We talk about your organisation, your team, and what you're navigating. I ask the questions most people haven't asked yet. We work out together what the real problem is — which is often not the one that's been named.

02 | Scoped engagement

Based on the diagnostic, we agree an engagement — from a single facilitated session to a multi-month advisory partnership. The scope is determined by your situation, not by a standard package.

03 | Practical work

I work alongside you — not above you or behind a report. The output is always practical: a clearer strategy, a more aligned team, a leader who knows what they're doing and why.

— The Leadership Clarity Engagement: a 3-month advisory and consulting partnership for senior leaders navigating change, misalignment, or organisational complexity. Combines strategic advisory, organisational diagnostic, and leadership team facilitation. Investment: from £4,000/month · 3 months minimum.
— Leadership Team Alignment Workshop: a facilitated half or full day that surfaces misalignment, creates honest conversation, and produces clear outputs — agreed priorities, named tensions, next steps. Investment: from £1,500 per session.
For senior professionals and individuals:
— Strategic Career Clarity Session: a 90-minute 1:1 to extract and articulate your professional value. Includes a written clarity map, action plan, and positioning statement. Investment: £150.
— 1:1 Professional Development Intensive: three sessions over 4–6 weeks for professionals navigating a transition, a step-change, or a question about direction. Investment: £900.
— Your Professional Inventory: a structured group workshop — from experience to clarity. Available as an open workshop or as a corporate learning and development session. Investment: from £300 per person for corporates; £150 for individuals.
